Important Note: Registration or use of the Platform by underage individuals is a serious offence. mg 44 takes active measures to detect and prevent underage use, including periodic KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account mg 44 only. This includes accounts registered using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment details. Any attempt to open multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information. This includes your full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and bank or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes. MG 44 is not responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your password with anyone. MG 44 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact MG 44 customer support immediately.
Security Tip: Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Change your password regularly and do not reuse the same password across other platforms.
MG 44 accepts the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). MG 44 does not accept payments in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set, however transactions exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification for compliance purposes. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen payment method.
Prior to processing the first withdrawal, members may be required to complete a KYC verification process by submitting a copy of their MyKad and proof of ownership of the payment method. This is a standard security measure to protect member accounts from unauthorised access. Without successful verification, MG 44 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests.
Note: Funds deposited into an MG 44 account may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered in the same member's name. MG 44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by MG 44 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated for each promotion. These terms include, but are not limited to: wagering requirements, bonus validity periods, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.
The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, if a RM 100 bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement, you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified validity period.
MG 44 employs a sophisticated detection system to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include: creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, systematically placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, and colluding with other members to exploit promotions. Accounts found to have abused bonuses will be terminated and all winnings forfeited.
Mg 44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. mg 44's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and the resolution of bonus-related disputes are final.
All games available on the MG 44 platform — including video slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger), table games, and Sports Betting — use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently audited by an accredited certification body, ensuring every game outcome is entirely random and free from manipulation.
In the event of a technical disruption, system failure, or internet disconnection during an active game session, MG 44 will retain the last valid game record and resolve the situation based on that record. MG 44 is not liable for any losses arising from disruptions beyond our control, including third-party internet service outages.
For the Sports Betting section covering the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, badminton, e-sports, and other sports, all confirmed bets are final. Odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect existing bets. In the event of a postponed or cancelled match, bets will be settled in accordance with international sports betting standard rules.

Members are not permitted to sell, transfer, or pledge their MG 44 account to any other party. A MG 44 account is the personal property of the registered member and may not be used by any other individual, under any circumstances.
Members may request the closure of their mg 44 account at any time by contacting our customer support via Live Chat or email at support@mg44.net. Prior to account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal conditions.

MG 44's total maximum liability to you, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are subject to and governed by the applicable laws. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through direct discussion between the member and MG 44, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration before initiating any legal proceedings. The language used in such proceedings shall be either Malay or English.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision alone shall be deemed void to the extent of its invalidity, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
